For two years in a row Gucci has been certified Great Place to Work® in Italy. The award has been given in recognition of the organisation’s Trust Model, which assess the employee experience of workplaces around the globe, measuring company workplaces against five criteria: credibility, fairness, respect, camaraderie and pride.
