CHIME FOR CHANGE on Gucci Podcast

Four guests join Teen Vogue Editor-in-Chief Lindsay Peoples Wagner to share their experiences as youth activists

In celebration of International Day of the Girl, the release of the second CHIME Zine and the launch of CHIME FOR CHANGE’s new campaign #LetGirlsDream, the latest episode of the Gucci Podcast features four guests in conversation with Editor-in-Chief of Teen Vogue, Lindsay Peoples Wagner.

Episode guests Sage Dolan-Sandrino, Xiuhtezcatl Martinez, Winona Guo and Priya Vulchi (CHOOSE) join in New York to share their experiences of being youth activists. Sage is a youth leader, Creative Director of TEAM and a new member of the CHIME FOR CHANGE Advisory Board. Xiuhtezcatl is a climate warrior and Youth Director of Earth Guardians—an organization that trains diverse youth to be leaders in environmental, climate and social justice movements. Finally, high-school friends and racial literacy campaigners, Winona and Priya, co-founded the non-profit CHOOSE and co-authored their book ‘Tell Me Who You Are’—an exploration of race and identity across America.

“Being an activist is breaking out of boxes and reaching into many different communities, causes, industries and worlds.”

Xiuhtezcatl Martinez, Youth Director of Earth Guardians

“Our generation is the most diverse generation yet. With that diversity, we are the most intersectional. The more intersectional identities that you occupy, the more there is a connective tissue between you and your peers.” – Sage Dolan-Sandrino.
